She honours each person’s innate healing intelligence, holding a compassionate space where people can reconnect with their own truth and return to their inner mastery. Alongside RBT she draws on Somatic Trauma Therapy and Internal Family Systems, working holistically with mind, body and soul, and she specialises in women’s work with the womb and the deep intelligence held within it.

Estrela is an Advanced Rebirth Breath Therapy Practitioner, yoga teacher and movement facilitator with over 1,000 hours of training and seven years of professional experience in breathwork. Her work is rooted in nearly two decades of personal exploration of consciousness through diverse practices and lineages. Her professional journey spans individual and group facilitation, practitioner supervision, and several years of retreat management and hosting. As Community Manager for Global Breathing Awareness, she also contributes to practitioner education and the development of the international breathwork community. Her approach weaves together conscious breathing, embodied awareness and movement, bringing warmth, depth and a genuine love of human connection to the spaces she holds.

Shakura Meddings

Shakura is an Advanced Rebirth Breath Therapy practitioner, trained in depth in the RBT method and able to guide clients through its full process. She has practised Shiatsu since 2006 and teaches at the Shiatsu College Norwich, has completed a two-year Zhineng Qigong Healing course with Master Liu, and is a qualified Holistic Massage therapist. Community sits at the heart of her work: she regularly hosts her own retreats and has extensive experience holding safe, attentive space for vulnerable groups. She brings breath and bodywork together to help clients and students break free of their story and live their most fulfilled life.

Marc took his first conscious breath on a silent retreat in 2016, an experience that set him travelling the world to learn from masters of many traditions. He trained in Rebirth Breath Therapy, pranayama, holotropic breathwork and cold water and contrast therapy, and spent several years living in the Amazon, learning to integrate the teachings of medicinal plants into daily life. He founded Nasma Breath Awareness, a collective offering sessions, workshops and retreats in Lebanon, the UAE and Canada, spreading the authentic approach of Rebirth Breath Therapy.
