Our Rebirthing Breathwork Certification Training is not a weekend workshop. It is 20 days that will become a focal point in your story: a soul-stirring, heart-opening, mind-expanding journey into your own – and others – breath, held on the mystic island of Samothraki, Greece.
You will be guided by Katia Boustani, one of only five Rebirthing Breath Masters personally recognized by Leonard Orr, the founding father of Breathwork, during his lifetime.
Having spent years in Orr’s inner circle, Katia carries his legacy forward through Rebirth Breath Therapy® (RBT), the breathwork certification training methodology she has spent over 20 years developing and refining.
The training unfolds in two parts, each its own 10-day world. Part 1, Breath and Life Transformation, is yours alone – a descent into the human psyche, into infancy and adulthood and the years that quietly shaped who you became, so that by the time you turn toward guiding others, you have already met yourself fully.
Part 2, Breath and Life Mastery, is where the practitioner in you is born: in-depth study of RBT breathwork technique and anatomy, hands-on facilitation practice, and an extensive certification path, until you leave not just changed, but ready. During the 20 days you will receive 20 supervised sessions and give 10, while a 30 session certification process awaits you when you arrive back home.
RBT itself weaves together Rebirthing Breathwork, psychology, elemental work, and bodywork – combining Breath Mastery, Mind Mastery, and Energy Mastery into a single, activating whole. It is, quite simply, unmatched in depth on the market – a comprehensive breathwork certification training built for those who want more than the basics. They want transformation, and the ability to hold that transformation for others.
And then there is the island. In Samothraki, the veil is thin.

– The roots of who you are: conscious conception, birth trauma, primary years and ego development, school trauma, adolescence — the 20 universal traumas RBT was built to meet.
– Anatomy, physiology, and the science of breath, alongside breathing deviations and advanced breathing techniques, including hot and cold water sessions.
– 30 total supervised RBT sessions – 10 one-on-one with a GBA graduate, 10 given and 10 received in exchange with fellow students, guided by an advanced RBT practitioner — plus at-home practice between them.
– Ethics, emotional responsibility, and how to hold space for clients across ages and life stages, including RBT for pregnancy.
– A structured, extensive certification process that leaves you not only trained, but ready to step into the market as a knowledgeable, confident breathwork professional.
Do I need previous breathwork or professional experience to join? – No previous experience is needed to join our certification training. The healer lives inside of you regardless of your background.
What happens after the 20-day training – will I be certified? After our twenty day intensive in Samothrace, students go through a 30 session certification process that can either be supervised online, or students are welcome to our next GBA trainings for free for in person supervised practice sessions.

How much does the Breath and Life Mastery Training cost? – The full cost of the 20 day Breath and Life Mastery Training is 6.500€. A super early bird discount of 30% is available until the 1st of October, making the full price cost at 4.500€. Our second early bird round ends on December 10th offers a 20% discount. 19% VAT may be applied if the applicant pays within the EU. Business accounts are VAT exempt.
What is included in this price? – The price covers the 20 day in person training in Samothrace, training matterials, the Breath and Life Mastery book, monthly community support calls and monthly Q&A calls with Katia Boustani. Accommodation is not included in our Samothrace Training as many students like to camp in nature or have their preferred accommodations. Accommodation search support is offered by the GBA team.
